Our nutritional seatbelt.

Because feeding my family of 4 a wide variety when we all have different preferences and schedules is hard.
⠀⠀
Because we’re busy running to school, and practice and on planes, trains and automobiles 🤣 for meetings and we just don’t have enough time.
⠀⠀
Because I workout for almost an hour everyday and athletes need 15+ servings of fruits and veggies 😳
⠀⠀
Because we ❤️ being social and around lots of people and travel and we would rather not worry about getting sick allll the time.
⠀⠀
Because prevention is a lot better than a cure and that gives this momma a piece of mind.
⠀⠀
So...yes we add concentrated plant powders to our routine to bridge the dietary gap that we have, even as good eaters.
